The Bay County Law Library is partnering with Legal Services of North Florida to host a free Legal Clinic on Monday, April 24, 2023. It will be held in the Bay County Public Library Meeting Room from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Legal assistance is first-come, first served, and based on lawyer availability.
The Legal Services of North Florida is a not-for-profit service organization dedicated to assisting those with civil-legal issues. Areas of law they are able to assist with include, but are not limited to: landlord-tenant, employment law, bankruptcy or collections, custody and child support, property disputes, and domestic or sexual violence. They can also assist with title clearing, probate, contractor disputes and liens, insurance coverage disputes, denial of repair assistance, and family law issues. Please bring all necessary documentation and paperwork related to your legal issues. Assistance will be limited to individuals with low and moderate incomes.
