At Puddle Pool Services, our journey began when we experienced many of the same pool maintenance and service challenges that homeowners face every day.
As pool owners ourselves, we know the feeling of wondering whether a service company will show up as scheduled, communicate clearly, and complete the work as promised. Too often, visits were missed, communication of services was limited, and there was little accountability.
The more we spoke with neighbors, homeowners, vacation rental owners, property managers, and HOA communities throughout Panama City Beach, the more we realized we weren’t alone. Many people were facing the same challenges. Instead of accepting the status quo, we decided to build the kind of pool company we wished we had found ourselves—one focused on reliability, transparency, and genuine customer care.
Today, Puddle Pool Services proudly serves residential and commercial customers throughout Bay County, providing professional pool, spa, and water feature maintenance. Our team is CPO certified. Every service is designed to give customers peace of mind through clear communication, detailed reporting, and dependable service. We believe pool service should be simple: show up when promised, communicate clearly, and treat every pool with care.
