Our team consists of three owners: Ty and Jessica Bennett, and their son Aidyn Swain, who helped launch the business at age 14 in Jacksonville, Florida in 2021. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while we work together to beautify our county and surrounding areas. As a family-owned business, we specialize in many different services to help you accomplish all your property goals, as well as help make your house a home.
Native to Tallahassee, Florida, Ty joined the real estate community in 2020 after an extensive career in the automotive industry. After watching Jessica grow her title career and launch her Title Company, Aidyn and Ty took a leap of faith into entrepreneurship to build a company that is full service to our community. We believe positive change starts in your own community, and that is what we strive for with every opportunity given.
When Ty is not making our clients’ dreams come true, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three kids, building custom vehicles, playing softball, attending church, and a variety of outdoor activities. Ty and Aidyn are the epitome of hard work, integrity, and dedication in every transaction. Jessica began her real estate career in 2006 when she went to work at a local title company in Tallahassee, Florida while working through college. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has since launched her own title company in 2021 with her partner. Not only does Jessica run the back-end operations, but she has also launched her own home décor boutique, {the} Bradbury. With deep roots in the real estate community in north Florida, Jessica loves helping her customers and giving back to the community. She is passionate about Jesus, women’s empowerment, and being a true pillar of the community.
