Last month, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) partnered with Feeding the Gulf Coast to spread a little warmth, literally and figuratively, for seniors and families in need in Panama City.
Volunteers handed out cold-weather energy efficiency kits alongside Valentine’s roses to seniors living on fixed incomes and others in need, in addition to Feeding the Gulf Coast’s regular food distributions. The kits are designed to help residents stay warm while keeping energy bills as low as possible throughout the season.
