ContractHER Connect is proud to host the inaugural Built to Lead: Women in Construction Summit, taking place on August 21, 2025, at the stunning Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village in Destin, Fla. This one-day summit, presented by Builders FirstSource, is designed to bring together women across the construction, design, and development industries for a day of networking, leadership development, and industry insight.

“The Built to Lead Summit is more than a conference—it’s a celebration of the women shaping our industry with grit, grace, and vision,” Sarah White, ContractHER Panel Moderator and conference organizer, said. “ContractHER is creating space for women to lead boldly, build confidently, and connect meaningfully—and I’m honored to be a part of it.”

With the theme “Built to Lead,” the summit will feature powerful conversations and actionable takeaways for women shaping the future of the built environment. Attendees can expect a keynote address, expert-led breakout sessions, and a panel discussion on topics like business development, workforce retention, and navigating leadership in a male-dominated industry. Keynote Speaker Sarah Stein, Founder of Sarah Stein Homes, brings a deeply personal and visionary perspective on homebuilding rooted in tradition, family, and innovation. Breakout session topics include: Recruitment & Retention, Future Challenges in Construction, Work/Life Balance, Business Development, Leadership Development and Color Forecasting.
