Panama City Symphony continues its 30th Anniversary celebration with a fantastic cultural season packed with engaging concerts and exclusive events. Two special fundraising events, the annual Bella Notte formal gala on February 4, and back by popular demandRenaissance to Rock-n-Roll on March 4, offer classic elegance and musical fusion.

Bella Notte’s theme this year is “Voices of the World,” promising an unforgettable evening of artistry and cultural celebration. This formal black-tie gala is the elegant cornerstone of the Symphony’s annual fundraising efforts, and the evening’s entertainment lineup features internationally acclaimed Mexican mezzo-soprano Paula Villarreal, West African Jazz Pianist and Composer Leon Lewis-Nicol, and the artistic vision of Panama City Symphony’s Conductor and Music Director, Maestro Sergey Bogza of Russian-Ukrainian descent. Bella Notte takes place on Wednesday, February 4, at FSU-PC’s Holley Academic Center.

In sharp contrast to the formality of the gala is the Renaissance to Rock-n-Roll concert, a dynamic and high-energy merging of genres. Back for its second year, this collaboration between Panama City Symphony musicians and local rock-n-roll favorite, The Will Thompson Band, is an exhilarating journey through centuries of sound, bringing diverse, enthusiastic new audiences together. Renaissance to Rock-n-Roll takes place on Thursday, March 5 at Capt. Anderson’s Event Center in Panama City Beach.

Events like Bella Notte and Renaissance to Rock-n-Roll are essential fundraising pillars so Panama City Symphony can continue to deliver world-class music and incredible talent to the community. Attendees for these events are actively investing in the long-term vitality and prestige of Panama City Symphony, The Cultural Heart of Northwest Florida.
