Calling all local authors and publishers! The 4th annual Bay County Writers Fest will be held at the Bay County Public Library on Saturday, October 4, from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Each featured local author will have a table at the event to discuss and sell their books. Due to limited spacing, our focus will be on published new releases and local history titles.
If interested in being a featured local author, please stop by the Bay County Public Library to pick up an application. All applications are due by August 15. Selection notifications will go out by the end of August. The library is also partnering with Gulf Coast State College Language & Literature Department for additional events that are free to attend and open to the public.
The Bay County Public Library is located at 898 W. 11th Street, Panama City. For more information about the Bay County Writers Fest, call (850) 522-2120.
