Free City Pier Access for Bay County Residents in August & September

In honor of America’s 250th Anniversary, the City of Panama City Beach City Council voted to approve free, all-day spectator access to the Russell-Fields City Pier for all Bay County residents from August 1st thru September 30th, 2026.

Residents will need to show a valid Bay County ID for entry which verifies their residential address and zip code. Eligible zip codes include: 32404, 32405, 32444, 32401, 32407, 32408, 32413, 32466, 32456, 32409, 32438, 32403, 32410.

Daily fishing passes are not included in the promotion.

The Russell-Fields City Pier is located at 16201 Front Beach Rd, Panama City Beach, FL and is open from midnight to midnight.
