“Pursue PEACE with all people and holiness,
without which no one will see God.”
Hebrews 12:14
The war that rages in Israel with the deaths of thousands is a certain sign that many are sadly lacking in their pursuit of peace in the world. Young and old have suffered great loss. Torture, brutality, and rape have shaped an ugly picture of what evil can create.
Jesus said, in John 16:33, “In me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
Jesus was the Prince of Peace. He can stop the carnage if we will only listen to Him. “If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men” (Romans 12:18).
Satan has come to steal, to kill, and to destroy. Jesus said, “I have come that you may have life, and have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).
Let us take Jesus Christ into our hearts and stop the killing of innocents. Remember what
He has given us in His holy word:
It is a dire warning.
…Without which NO ONE will see God!
