If you are new to the area or just looking for a place to meet new people and feel like you are a part of something bigger than yourself, look no further than the First Assembly of God in Panama City Beach. Located at 17829 PCB Parkway, Panama City Beach Florida, Senior Pastor Paul Ensminger and his wife, Trina, are there to welcome you as they work together to bring people in the community together to share in fellowship.

Pastor Img 1957Paul was born and raised in Wisner, Louisiana, and has lived in Panama City Beach for the past 28 years. He told me he was called to preach and serve God at 17 years old. He joined the Air Force and when he finished his time, he ended up in New Orleans working in a church and knew that was his calling. He interviewed at his current church and was selected to become the pastor in May 1974. He moved here in June of 1974 and has raised his family in Panama City Beach since then. He devoted his time between his church family and his own family to coaching his son’s wrestling and basketball teams.

While talking with Paul, I found his message of faith, hope, and love to be welcoming. He cares about people in the community and welcomes everyone to join in the two weekly services. He says that it is “important to feel the presence of God and that the spirit of God is in the church”. The church is looking to expand its congregation. “I want to help people get closer to their faith, make quality decisions in their life, and keep their eyes on God,” explains Paul.

First Assembly of God of Panama City Beach consists of a group of people from all walks of life who have experienced the saving grace of Jesus Christ and are committed to sharing his love with others. They trust that when you visit First Assembly, you will find an oasis of love and spiritual refreshing. If you do not already have a church family, we invite you to join ours.
