Charter and Head boat captains are excited that Red Snapper season will continue in Federal waters through September and until October 25 at 12 midnight this year to give anglers a chance to do their fishing in cooler, more comfortable conditions. A bonus will be we have these waters available for the Annual PCB Fishing Rodeo! The Rodeo runs October 3-11. Check out the details and sign up at pcbfishingrodeo.com.

Lots of fish available this fall! Triggerfish is open through December 31. Gag Grouper is open all of September this year. Greater Amberjack is open now through at least the end of October, possibly through December. Besides all these most popular and well-known species, we will have Red Grouper, Mangrove/Black Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, many species of Jacks and Porgies, and others on the prize board for the Rodeo. And these are just the deep-sea fishing varieties. Remember that the PCB Fishing Rodeo is for everyone!
