The Bay County libraries have organized some fantastic adult programming throughout February for our residents and winter visitors! If looking for programs highlighting arts, culture, and history, the library is the place to be. Library programs are free and open to the public to attend.
Library cards are free for residents of Gulf, Bay and Liberty Counties. Non-residents can pick up a Northwest Regional Library System fee card for $20 that is good for a year. Ebooks, eAudiobooks, and over 3,000 magazines are available with your library card through the Libby App, which can be accessed anywhere 24/7. Visit www.nwrls.com to find out more about library programs and services.
