Tell us about Club 360: Women Helping Women Full Circle.

Club 360 was founded in October of 2019 with the purpose to provide the opportunity for women leaders in our community to give back full circle. This includes engaging girls at a young age to learn about future career choices and opportunities prior to graduating high school and providing opportunities for vocational and college degrees. There are so many students today who need our help in understanding what careers are available, and that the possibilities are endless. Club 360 wants to help our youth achieve success and assist with alleviating costly expenses due to multiple career changes during college.
Club 360 has Four Pillars, please explain how that works.

1. Educating our Youth of Career Choices
Club 360 provides students an opportunity to better understand their passion early on in school and identify their passion through the partnership of local women and business leaders. Career Week begins with classroom instruction, student surveys, videos of various career choices and ends with an assembly and question and answer format with Club 360 Members.

2. Scholarships
Student loans are expensive and make it difficult to achieve success early in life. Club 360 provides scholarships to high school seniors for vocational and college degrees. In addition, we provide a scholarship for continuing education adults as it is equally important to maintain success and growth.

3. Fundraising
Club 360 members each pay an annual membership and invests personally in our youth. In addition, grants are written to help provide monies for Career Week and Scholarships.

4. Network of Like-Minded Women
Club 360 hosts four socials and eight membership meetings per year to accomplish the mission of giving back full circle and provides an outlet for like-minded women to gather, share ideas, and encourage one another.

What’s next for Club 360?
Currently Club 360 is producing professional videos that will be utilized in some of the local schools during the Statewide Career Week, which is set for January 11 – 15th of 2021. These videos are of our members introducing various career choices to students, highlighting the education required and what a day in the life of a specific career is like.
