EXPRESSLANE™ Offers Same Day Pick Up at Location of Choice
Last year the Bay County Tax Collector’s Office began offering ExpressLane™ service at all four of their office locations. The service allows customers to renew online before 3 p.m., select the pickup location of their choice and pick up their renewal same day or next day without a wait. Individuals can even designate someone else to pick up their renewal for them.
For individuals desiring to minimize their time in the lobby, ExpressLane™ is a great option.
Registrations can be renewed quickly and securely at BayTaxCollector.com. Customers renewing online can select bank account (e-check) at checkout without paying a bank card fee. If you need your registration fast, choose the ExpressLane ™ option for same day or next day pick up at any Bay County Tax Collector Office.
Self-serve Renewal Kiosks Now Available in Bay Co.
The Bay County Tax Collector’s Office recently partnered with Intellectual Technology, Inc. to bring self-service registration renewal kiosks to Bay County. The renewal kiosks are located in the 23rd Street Plaza Publix and Lynn Haven Publix and are accessible during normal store hours.
The self-service kiosks allow drivers to renew and print their registration renewal in two minutes. The kiosk is a great alternative for individuals who do not want to make a separate visit to the Tax Collector’s Office or can’t make it to the Tax Collector’s Office during normal business hours.
While there are a few self-service kiosks in use in Central Florida, these two kiosks located in Bay County are the first for the Panhandle.

Online Tax Portal Offers More Than Just Tax Payments
As the pandemic continues to impact our area, customers are encouraged to utilize online services when paying their property taxes. Taxpayers can make payments online at BayTaxCollector.com. The online portal allows customers to view their tax payment history, print receipts, sign up for the Installment Payment Plan for 2021 and pay current year taxes.
Taxpayers can select the bank account (e-check) option during checkout to avoid paying any additional bank card fees.
Additionally, drop boxes are located at all four offices for those who wish to drop off their payments. Please do not place cash in any drop box payments.
